cocoandco is an independent design service, owner/creator, Colleen Cotter, is a seasoned apparel designer, product developer, visual merchandiser, jewerly designer and certified fitness instructor.

 

Her professional background includes positive line results for top brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Nautica, Liz Claiborne, May Company, Macy’s, Terramar Sports and Chico’s. Her specialities span from intimate apparel into performance athleisure. Her creativity and organizational skills have contributed to numerous start-up businesses, and she has discovered that her adaptability goes way beyond her yoga mat. 

 

As a fashion design veteran, her responsibilities have included defining and driving design concept, product development, brand identity, color flow, material sourcing, print development, visual merchandising and process management. Her personal sense of style, unparalleled taste level and the ability to communicate a vision equates to an invaluable resource to any team.

I am often asked about the source of my inspiration. Fine Art, fashion, and stylish interiors are among the founts from which I draw my vision. I earned my BFA with a major in Fashion Design and a minor in Illustration from The Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD) in Columbus, Ohio, with continuing education in Digital Design and Interior Design at Parsons New School in New York City.
